The dizzy spells recede
The forward gaze is freed

When culture and the words we use all changes on a dime
The briefest glimpse, head snaps in both directions
What is and what will be is seen in the reflections
Tremendous time of loving change
Don't let a beat of pulse derange
Carry on, just one more time
Crafting words and thoughts in rhyme
What a wind's relief to stand upon
End of all the smallest things and beginning of new dawn
The pulse will race
The heart to pace
Beyond the bounds of time
We'll nestle there
Amidst our care
