Explanations
I am adding Explanations regarding how a man learns to love physically for the first time in history in a through manner.
I am only putting the newest version rather than the long, multiply repetitive version. It will be missing a few nuances that are available in the older books.
There is a lot of room for improvement as the whole of the human race takes off its blinders and takes love seriously and with certainty for the first time in history. This is certainly enough to allow any man with a functional brain to succeed at Loving Coitus and understand why he is succeeding.
The simplest and most obvious observation is that it shouldn't be so difficult to succeed at Loving Coitus. It isn't. It will only be initially complicated for the first generation to see past the Lie in order to understand and gain the confidence to succeed.
There is only one reason the act of love is not. Pressure on the glands in the crotch of the male makes certain it is all over soonest. The pressure is applied by the muscles in the crotch and certain positions of the musculoskeletal structure.
The debilitating factor that has made it so difficult to overcome is the instincts of an animal that date back hundreds of millions of years that have trained the misuse of the muscles in the crotch.
It is all about mastering those muscles. That is something a human can do and an animal cannot. The male gender has been misled by the response of muscles that can be completely under control rather than responding to the animal's instinct to flex unnecessarily.
That's it. It is simpler muscle control than talking and less coordination than riding a bike. The muscles can be easily trained not to respond, except on command and avoid squeezing the sex glands until desired. Once men get the hang of it, it's as easy as walking on two legs.
The only other factors are just a matter of applying conscious awareness.
Got it? That is all that future generations will probably need to know. The rest is rather simple when stripped of the delusions of the animal, which the Human has sustained for millennia.
Summary
The biggest problem with coitus is that we have never accepted that beginning ejaculation can be delayed as long as necessary by a human, sentient male.
Instead, men have struggled to delay the results of ejaculation after it has already begun.
The muscles in the crotch can be mastered to avoid ever beginning ejaculation. That does not require strength, but control. It is necessary to avoid using the muscles in the crotch until the grand finale. By mastering the muscles of the body, especially those in the crotch, you become master of your own universe, the only universe that needs to be mastered.
A huge misdirection is that preventing other bodily discharges requires the use of muscles to stop the discharge until desired. It is exactly the opposite for sexual intercourse and semen discharge. Any flexing and relaxing of the muscles in the crotch causes ejaculation to begin.
I know how difficult it was for me to overcome the barrage of nonsense that has been thrown at the male gender (by itself) for three millennia.
So, let me try to capsulize it all. Besides the issue of crotch muscle mastery, there are a few other items of which every man should be aware.
1. If the glands are overfull, it's over before you start. It is like the bladder. It can only hold so much semen and may, in actuality, relieve itself when it becomes too full. You can't hold back that tide if it is overfull.
2. The deep forward thrust (twerking) will squeeze the glands. It's a musculoskeletal structure issue. When you twerk (deep forward thrust), you are forcing the crotch into a position that squeezes the glands. It also requires the use of the muscles in the crotch to twerk. To stimulate the woman in every way, no more than two inch penetration is required. Save the deep dive (twerking) for the finale.
3. The crotch muscles are not involved in movement. They only respond to movement because we have paid no attention to them. They can remain completely disengaged during any movement, such as the act of coitus. Try to move your legs by flexing only the crotch muscles, if you don't believe it. It can't be done.
Since we have never taken the crotch muscles seriously, they are not toned, they are not responsive to our commands. They are ruled by instincts of the animal, until you learn to really master them.
That is the difference that counts. We can master our muscles. Animals can't. Animals run on instincts alone. There are two ways in which the muscles cause ejaculation to begin. They are flexed and relaxed with movement unless consciously controlled (even though you may not realize it). Secondly, they can just quiver, due to the tickling effect of the head of the penis. The erotic sensations are essentially a form of tickling which causes the crotch muscles to quiver, unless you can master them, which can start ejaculation. These issues can be mastered with ease by mastering the muscles.
Because of the erotic sensations, it is very important to begin your journey into loving a woman by going slow. As you learn more, as you become more Human, you should be able to increase your enthusiasm. This is the true rite of passage for a man. All of the others rituals that man has cooked up over the ages were meant to mimic what was, at the time and depth of understanding, impossible.
4. In order to master these muscles, it is necessary to keep them supple and toned and become aware of when they flex or quiver. Generally, become familiar with them, make them sensitive to commands, and responsive to one's will.
One has to develop the ability to leave those muscles un-affected by movement and erotic sensations. It is easier than one would expect and will become easier still as men's understanding matures.
A. While I'm sure better exercises can be developed, the following does the job very well indeed.
B. Lying in bed, bend your knees with feet flat on the bed and swing them together and apart. Be sure to pay attention to the muscles in the crotch that are all along the crotch from the anus to the point that the penis detaches itself. There are a number of them and they all need to be sensed and exercised.
It is worth noting that another term for the crotch muscles is the pelvic muscles. Also, the Kegel exercises that can be found on line might be of interest.
C. There are three different forms of this exercise to perform.
a. While swinging them together, tighten the crotch muscles. While swinging the knees apart, leave them relaxed. Do not swing the knees fully apart in any of these exercises. It's not necessary and may not be particularly good for the hip joints. It is also unnecessary to swing them together completely, either, if it is uncomfortable.
b. While swinging them together, relax the crotch muscles. While swinging them apart, tighten the crotch muscles. Both of these exercises will tone the crotch muscles and, also, make it apparent that the muscles in the crotch are not involved in movement. This one, in particular, is rather awkward for me and I am not sure it is necessary, but it is worth considering. I just mention it as something worth considering carefully.
c. This is the most crucial. Swing the knees in both directions while not flexing the crotch muscles at all. Pay close attention to all of the muscles in the crotch while doing this exercise, from the base of the crotch to the point that the penis extends from the crotch.
d. Do each set thirty times and it takes a couple of minutes. I also repeat each exercise six times much more slowly in order to really concentrate on the movement and muscles.
e. I would expect people will learn from these simple exercises and improve them. These exercises will do the job. I just expect improvements. For instance, what may seem glaringly missing is exercises more similar to the movements encountered during coitus.
It may be a good idea to add these in order to become familiar with the movement without any involvement of the pelvic muscles. It is not necessary but probably a good idea.
One of the key insights gained from this is how far forward a man can thrust without causing the ejaculation process to begin.
Keep in mind that also learning to move in a way, during coitus, that does not twerk until the grand finale, is essential. Not exactly an exercise, as such, but important to learn.
You must also learn to not respond by flexing (or quivering is more likely) the crotch muscles during erotic sensations. The exercise helps with this, also. So does initially going slow.
D. Strengthening them is not the point. Mastery, toning, suppleness, and responsiveness is.
E. Another point worth mentioning is that, when engaging in coitus, attempt to not move in and out from the hips (that is where the twerking comes in). Move the whole torso as much as possible. Maybe not critical but it can be helpful. There are a few position, in fact, that can make it easier. I'll leave it to you to discover.
F. All that is really needed is to learn to not exert the muscles in the crotch during sexual activity and don't twerk, however you go about it.
G. There are other good reasons to exercise these muscles, which I am not going to get into here. I do get into it in the earliest books and I may mention the other reasons below.
H. It is critical to do the exercises consciously, not just by rote. Think about the exercises while doing them. Sense the crotch muscles, as well as the muscles in the thighs that cause the movement. Sense the difference. As you progress, you will find that you can concentrate on the individual muscles.
a. The muscles most important to keep from flinching or flexing are in the bottom of the crotch where the sex glands are located. The difference between no control and mastery is extraordinary. (see tickling)
5. The most erotic location of the woman is above and just outside of the vagina. It takes awareness to be certain that your strokes stimulate it.
6. Abuse of the penis during masturbation can cause a lot of trouble. Don't do it. Be careful.
7. Altogether, the biggest obstacle to success is the male gender's certainty that it cannot succeed. A lot more on that all over the place, mostly in other books.
Let me just reiterate that these exercises should be done with full concentration on the effort to master these muscles. That is why I suggest doing it while lying in bed. It won't always be like that. Once we completely overcome the stupoured instincts of the animal, it will become second nature. That is being Human.
8. I have a difficult time finding the right wording to explain what I mean by leaving the crotch muscles relaxed. What I mean is preventing them from flexing and relaxing, leaving them in the state that is the norm. In other words, you do not flex them and relax them during the act of coitus. If you truly relaxed them completely, you might piss yourself. By the way, it might be a good idea to relieve your bladder but not really necessary. All you really want to do is keep the muscles from stimulating, squeezing repeatedly, the glands in the crotch where the semen is located. That is what is required to avoid the initiation of ejaculation. The muscles among those that most stimulate the glands are closest to the anus. That does not mean that they are the only ones that matter. All of the muscles in the crotch interact. Mastering them includes mastering their coordinated action.
It continues to stun me that there is more to learn on this subject, but really, it shouldn't be a surprise. Men have been so fearful of the topic that it has never been discussed. Men want everyone to believe that they are already lovers, so the topic remains un-tapped.
Most stunning is that the eventual orgasm, under these circumstances, is earth-shattering.
It should be a lot more than just me contributing to this knowledge and, once we wake from the nightmare of our past, I'm sure it will be so.
As the male gender gains the knowledge and confidence, will come a transformation. It is all about men's desperate desire to provide the same life-fulfilling experience to the one they love. How could it be otherwise?
Tickling
It finally dawned on me that the reason that the tickling under the arms and the 'tickling' of the crotch, by way of the head of the penis, is due to the same circumstance. Unfamiliarity with the muscles.
So, I have to reverse my thoughts on exercise. They are important. It is important to become familiar with those muscles to an extent that only some level of exercise can provide.
Stimulation and foreplay
A crucial point is that stimulating the woman is not as obvious as one might expect.
The erogenous zone with the most erotic nerve endings is the clitoral nub which is located up to a half an inch outside and above of the vagina. This is critical. If you do no stimulate this clitoral button, it is unlikely you will be stimulating the woman enough to achieve her own orgasm.
All of the woman's erotic nerve endings are within two inches or less of the vaginal opening.
Note that two inch penetration is more than enough for stimulating the woman. There is no need to go deeper until taking the finale plunge. It will initially be critical that you don't go too deep. That would be twerking.
It seems certain that the importance foreplay will remain for a number of reasons. It's just that men will be far more interested in the foreplay when they no longer fail.
Since the circumstances will change so drastically, there is a chance that the woman will become aroused just as easily and quickly as a man, once they are as fully engaged and achieve the ecstasy of orgasm regularly. The play component of foreplay still seems appropriate and the man's involvement would certainly be much more enthusiastic.
Edging
One technique that actually seems to work, though it bypasses any effort to actually master the body is 'edging'. Consider it a shortcut, if necessary, while learning.
The idea is that if you stop all activity when the man begins to become overstimulated, let the overstimulation subside completely, and begin again, the man can extend his efforts. He can extend the loving as long as he desires by repeating the process.
It seems to work remarkably well. More surprising is, after the pause, the span of time and amount of enthusiasm tolerated before ejaculation seems to increase.
Further thoughts on edging
I am beginning to believe that edging is very complementary to the more sentient rendition of mastering the muscles. I think there is something further that can be comprehended from a close exploration of edging that will expand the definition of mastery. I'l leave that to others to explore.
Self-stimulation damage that can occur
There is no getting around it. It is almost certain that a man will resort to masturbation at some point, probably very early in his post-puberty life.
It is critically important that men learn that, if they self-stimulate without regard, there is a very good chance of damage to their ability to master their bodies and prevent ejaculation until desired.
It can be a challenge to achieve ecstasy during self-stimulation, which can cause the man to resort to efforts that can cause damage.
Permanent damage is not the concern. It is that habits are hard to break. So, do not develop bad habits.
Bad habits worth noting are abuse of one's member, overstimulation and not understanding the differences between masturbation and loving coitus. All can lead to making it difficult to extend the effort when engaging in Loving Coitus.
It can be difficult to achieve climax while self-stimulating. Basically, a person cannot tickle themselves, which is essentially what erotic sensations are.
The real point, though, is that a man must learn to restrain himself during self-stimulation. Abuse of his member, in the efforts to attain climax in the shortest amount of time possible (i.e. 'get it over with') can have lasting effects that can trickle over into his efforts on loving coitus. Bad, bad, bad idea. Even beyond the habit itself, the abuse can take a long time to overcome.
Also, the mindset of 'getting it over with' is not a good way to pursue mastery of the body.
More so, the more you can make it like a loving experience with a woman the better. There are at least two reasons that it is difficult to achieve climax during self-stimulation.
One cannot 'tickle' oneself. So, stimulation of the member by using something other than the hand might be a good idea. No, it's still not the same but may avoid damage and improve mastery.
The other reason is situational. The positioning and movements vary between loving coitus and masturbation. For instance, there may be no hip movement.
If you have read the previous pages, this should explain well enough. The movement of the hips, especially twerking, has a lot to do with triggering the beginnings of ejaculation.
Circumcision
I really don't want to get into the mess that we call circumcision. It is bad. Period. Full stop. If you are of child-bearing age, you should be aware that the doctors may do it without your permission, unless told otherwise. At least in America.
It won't stop a person from success at loving coitus but it is a sadistic concept and certainly doesn't help anything. It may or may not make successful loving more difficult. It may or may not make the head of the penis more sensitive. I am circumcised and I succeeded but I believe my member is oversensitive because of circumcision. It doesn't matter. If we ever become human, it will be a thing of the past in short order.
I was just reading an article about how people that have a tonsillectomy at a young age have a much greater chance of developing post traumatic stress symptoms later in life??!!!??
My jaw dropped when I saw the article in shock that circumcision wasn't referenced. It was just another confirmation on so many levels of the blindness we have acquired as a stupoured animal, when it comes to anything related to coitus.
A few last notes in this short version (yeah, this is the short version ;~j )
Be patient, keep up the exercise and become more familiar with your muscles. Use edging, if necessary, in the meantime.
I promise you, if you are not lasting and you have paid attention to such things as overfull glands and twerking, the muscles in the crotch muscles are still reacting. More than likely, it is the thought of your own ecstasy getting in the way of your concentration to make sure the ecstasy is shared by both. Don't worry, the concentration will also become second nature making the act more fully enjoyable. Concentrate on making it a fulfilling event for both.
It's just that important to our Humanity that the male gender learns to love.
